What the manager needs to know
Designed for a safe handover
A replacement manager needs the current commitment, pending changes, responsible person, next action and source evidence—not just an unread-message count.
This prototype replays explicit events with deterministic logic. It does not demonstrate automated extraction from messenger conversations. Production adapters would need authorized access, source identifiers, edit/deletion history, access permissions and human review of uncertain identity matches. Matching people by display name alone is unsafe.
Permission to view one channel must not expose other private conversations. Sending messages or changing agreements is outside this read-only scenario.
