PactSignal · Product vision
From conversations
to accountable decisions.
See what was agreed, what changed, and which commitments still need evidence or a human decision.
The gap we address
A conversation keeps moving after a status is set. A customer adds work, changes a date, or says a payment is on its way. A manager needs to know whether the current status still reflects the agreement—and why.
PactSignal brings the relevant messages and supporting evidence into one decision queue, so the person responsible can check the context and choose the next step.
Where PactSignal fits
We see PactSignal as a layer for reviewing commitments alongside email, messaging channels, CRM and accounting systems. Email holds the conversation; CRM organizes relationships and deals; accounting records financial events. Our direction is to connect those views and highlight inconsistencies that need attention.
CRM products already manage tasks, deadlines and communication. PactSignal’s proposed distinction is evidence-linked review of whether a recorded status still matches later commitments and confirmations. That value needs to be demonstrated in real use.
A concrete decision, with its evidence
In the photography example, ten images have been delivered. The client then requests twenty more, while explicitly leaving that extra work unapproved. PactSignal surfaces the scope issue alongside the original order and the source message. The owner can see why a separate quote is needed.
A promise to pay, a client’s claim of payment and a matched settlement record remain different states. An ambiguous receipt stays available for review instead of silently closing the wrong order.

For the owner
Spend less time reconstructing conversations. See which cases need a decision, inspect the supporting message and understand what remains unresolved.
For the team
Understand the next step: obtain approval, clarify additional scope, follow up on a dependency or reconcile payment evidence. Keep the reasoning visible to the person doing the work.
WORKING SHOWCASE TODAYTwo businesses. One review approach.
The interactive showcase contains fictional photography and repair cases processed by the local Python analyzer. Visitors can filter cases, switch scenarios and inspect correspondence, classifications and evidence. Financial-state handling is combined with bounded rules for explicit operational phrases.
The hosted demo uses precomputed results; it does not connect visitors’ mailboxes or run fresh analysis on their data. The project includes a local analysis implementation. Synthetic examples and automated checks demonstrate behavior, but do not establish independent accuracy or real customer validation.

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTIONOne agreement, across conversations.
- Connected email: make authorized mailbox ingestion and continuing review simple enough for everyday use.
- Messaging and handover: bring authorized conversations from channels such as Telegram and WhatsApp into a shared case history. Preserve the source, distinguish a proposed change from an accepted one, and let a replacement manager see unresolved decisions. Channel connections and identity matching remain development work.
- CRM and accounting connections: read deal, order, invoice and fulfilment records and compare them with the conversation.
- Payment evidence: connect supported payment sources and handle partial, combined and ambiguous settlements with clear provenance.
- Assisted action: prepare a reply, task or proposed status change for approval, with controls appropriate to its consequences.
These integrations and workflows are a roadmap, not capabilities demonstrated by this hosted version. Small service teams are a practical starting audience; the same review problem can also arise in companies with established business systems.
INTERACTIVE DESIGN SCENARIO · FICTIONAL DATAThe agreement moved to chat. The responsibility changed hands.
An email quote, a chat request and a manager handover belong to the same business story. Explore a step-by-step scenario showing the intended cross-channel review workflow. This is a deterministic scenario prototype, not a live messenger integration or an AI extraction test.

A manager’s assistant that notices when commitments and the recorded state of work begin to diverge—and makes the reason easy to inspect.
